well yeah the surfing part is fake that part was shopped in, however most high end explosives use a waterproof green fuse, I'm not sure of it's chemical make up or what waterproofs it but as long as it's dry when you light it it will continue to burn under water until igniting the compounds inside. now common cheap explosives like black cat fireworks wont work under water since they have a tissue fuse. try it with Gorilla Thunders next July 4th in a bucket if you dont believe me, it'll go boom
