There's a reason industry professionals gush over the chance to draw or write for Plastic Man: he's a great character. His comics are hilariously creative. In one panel, he could look like wombat, and in the next, he could be the Lincoln Memorial. A lot of comic books try to play a deadpan stretchable hero, but not only did Cole invent the concept, he realized immediately it was absurd and kind of disturbing, and subtly inserted that realization into every issue of Plastic Man.

Well, look at the Joker... An extremely goofy character, yet in the upcoming d.c film Heath Ledger turned him into a very dark diabolical character. I think they should do the same with Carnage. In closing I'm not so sure about this whole Jim Carry thing, it makes me nervous. After all they made Venom a bit of a Goofy wisecracker, right?
