I'm a European (from Poland) and generally speaking prefer places in here (Paris especially, and others like London, Rome or other cities in those countries as well), simply because your history is much shorter than ours and thus not so rich and entertaining. Still, when I watch films like Shaft or listen to music depicting NY or LA I definitely think that they are places with "a soul" too. I'm not as eager to visit the Big Apple as I am to go to London, but still...

No, Manhattan is not better, they are both masterpieces in their own right. Don't watch Allen's films from the last 10 years. Watch Manhattan, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Hannah and her Sisters, Bullets over Broadway, these ones are the best. To my opinion. Melinda and Scoop are nothing in his career. Forget you saw them, and watch himat his best. Oh, of course, Love and Death, and then Deconstructing Harry, then Broadway Danny Rose!!! Sorry, got excited. He is my favorite.

Frodo turns invisible because he is mortal. Immortals don't go invisible eg. Sauron and Tom Bombadil. The One Ring controlled the bearers of the other rings (if they were wearing them). Imagine Galadriel, Elrond and Gandalf in Saurons service. You should read the books if you really want to know all of that. Start with the Simirilion also then read the hobbit then the Lord of the Rings. I dont think one piece is the longest anime out there. Don't forget detective conan (if you know it) who has reach 675+ manga chapters and around 520 anime episodes. But I would still prefer one piece for obvious reasons (No offence for detective conan fans )and pray to god that it would not end yet for the next 10 years or so, much better if theres no ending at all!!! Just keeps going and going until Luffy becomes really old and just die xD.

I love the sound of max's interceptor as it rumbles out to do battle with the nightrider,that v8 sound sends a shiver down my spine. Exellent movie one of my all time favorites.

I think there are far better versions of this via theater. I suppose I just had high expectations for a film with some great actors, a great director, and a great play original. The Ballad of Sweeney Todd should not have been cut. Great song. Also - could do without all of the emo fangirls telling me how much they loved the musical before it came out when they never heard of it until Johnny Depp starred in the film.
